• Salary Range: 2,000 - 2,800 (Depends on Experience)

Position : Commis Cook / Junior Chef / CDP

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Café kitchen.
• Preparing high quality meals for customers from the menu and ensuring food is served in good time and well presented
• Helping to manage any kitchen trainees or junior cooks, motivating and inspiring them to prepare, cook and serve high quality food
• Working alongside the Front of House Supervisor to ensure good working relationships are maintained between kitchen and table waiting staff
• Café menu development and R&D 
• Adhering to Food Safety Standards, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
• Ordering and ensure stock levels are control, monthly inventory submission 
• Monitoring wastage and ensuring reduction of wastage 
• Any other duties required by your supervisor or management 

Minimum Requirements

• 'N' Level 
• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent command of English
• Passionate, driven & self-motivated
• Good planning and organisational skills
